The Standard Prof Factory has developed special grades of thermoplastic elastomers for the production of LCS (Low Compression Set) seals, offering reduced compression set performance that surpasses EPDM rubber.

The LCS series competes effectively with EPDM rubber for window seal applications. With performance levels superior to EPDM, TPE offers a neutral odor, does not irritate the skin, and does not leave black residue on profiles during operation.
Tests of LCS series seals conducted by leading profile manufacturers in Russia and Germany have demonstrated Class “A” ratings for air and water permeability of the window units.
